"Out of the many years I have had State Farm and Eric and his team, I have only needed them 2 times. The first was when my cars catalytic converter was stolen. They had my car back to me the following day. SUPER easy and all was phenomenal. Then came June 2023. My apartment building caught fire. I lost just about everything. Eric and Tre called me and kept in touch with me to personally make sure I was being taken care of. They have been so instrumental in helping to keep the ball rolling and has been amazing to work with. Eric and Tre listen and empathize with the situation. I couldn't have asked for a better agent."

"Whereas I think the staff is wonderful and helpful, my rates have gone up again. I have been w/ State Farm for a total of 10 yrs, at no time have I submitted a claim. I pay on-time & feel I have been a good customer. But I will be severing ties w/ State Farm soon because I shouldn't have to pay for Patrick Mahomes from the Chiefs or unearthing has-been rappers in their commercials. Maybe stop all that and pass the savings on to your loyal clients? Geico commercials are awesome w/ no celebrities. i am done."
