"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I Had insurance there with eric for over a year been trying to contact him about raising my insurance all of sudden when i didn’t make my payment on time i randomly get a message asking about my payment as i explained i been trying to get ahold of someone for a year and i found it upsetting they only reach out for my money the lady responded LOL! i didnt find it funny for a customer service agent this sad and very unprofessional well fast forward she calls me again and asks me about my payment i did forget to pay i am a loan officer for the state of Indiana so i was very busy i explained what i was doing and how i was actively looking for a new agent and how i didnt want HER to keep contacting me due to her being crazy unprofessional Well apparently to this letter came in my mail calming i wanted to cancel my insurance policy thank god i record my call’s because she is def going to hate this and if she has been working there for 5 years its crazy sad she doesn’t know how to approach a unsatisfied customer!

UPDATE: I called this morning and first time in a year spoke with eric I explained to him exactly what I explained in the comments and I was told oh well if the Call was recorded my higher ups, would love to hear this.I’m not slow I know how to recorded I have a iPhone. It’s not hard to hit the record button. Anybody who’s dealt with insurance issues will definitely always cover their basis and thankfully, I’m one of those people. He tried to tell me he doesn’t know why my insurance plan was canceled, but he could help me get her reinstated and can find out why later! I feel for such sensitive and personal information that should had been addressed before hand ! I just hung up and switched to a other agent name Calvin whom was willing to give me a solution to my issues."
